A preset is a predefined block of text that you can easily reuse in recurring situations. Among other things, you can use this in the footnote of documents, in the e-mail content when sending documents, ... for example:
- Insert VAT statements and/or general terms and conditions in the footnote of your quotes and invoices.
- To use a fixed salutation and final greeting in the e-mails you send.
