  1. Choose the document (e.g. quote, invoice, ...) you wish to send by ticking it and click on Send at the bottom of the screen.
    - or -
    Click on the row of the desired document or viaand click on Send at the bottom of the screen.
    - or -
    Click onand click Send.
  2. RECIPIENTS

    If you have already saved an e-mail address with the connection to which you wish to send the document, this e-mail address will be filled in automatically. Do you want to add extra recipients, or send the document to yourself first? Then enter the desired e-mail addresses.
  3. CONTENT

    Adjust the subject if necessary and add a message if desired.
  4. Click on Send.
